Astrology has literally been stalking me for most of my life...

A 7th-grade Biology teacher, named Ms. Williams, was a Leo, and she forced us all to write a report about our Sun signs. That was the moment I realized the world of astrology existed.

I then wrote horoscopes for my high school newspaper. I thought it was exciting to see my words in print and to see the power of how they affected people. But I still didn’t understand this could be a lifepath.

Years later, as I sat at my cushy desk job designing plumbing for custom homes in Las Vegas, I began to need a deeper level of design that caused me less physical pain and gave me something meaningful.

After 12 years, a yoga certification, and a head full of astrology terms, I went freelance with design and took some time to figure out how to make my life fuller.

Therapy, writing, the pandemic, deep soul work with my teacher Maurice Fernandez, traveling the US in a self-converted camper van, living off-grid, becoming a yoga teacher, certifying in permaculture, studying to be an herbalist, and a natural connection to my ancestral roots in African spirituality have all led me to a space I am now.

Through it all, astrology has consistently helped me keep my cool, make good decisions, and not get lost in the noise.

I dedicate my work to the teachers who helped me find my truth. Thank you to my daughters, TheCoven, and family for always keeping the light on.
